Who are you?

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll work to enhance our Health Plan Administration product suite and optimize value for our members and employers. You’ll partner and collaborate with our commercial, service operations, engineering, analytics and experience teams to design and launch a full suite of clinical products at scale. Your healthcare expertise in clinical product management will ensure we take to market best in class products and programs generating overall savings for our employers while demonstrating superior member experience. You’ll bring product management discipline in writing requirements, working closely with key stakeholders in achieving business performance goals.

The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Product Managers.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Design and launch a full suite of clinical offerings in the marketplace.
• Drive strategy and connect cross-functional dots with member services, operations, health plan administration product leads, commercial, finance, informatics, and our clinical teams and tooling.
• Align product managers, design researchers, and engineering partners to a shared vision and thoroughly vetted requirements.
• Shape user discovery and insights in pursuit of ongoing quality improvement and usability
• Conduct strategy and capacity planning in harmony with product vision
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and associated stakeholder communications
• Participate in market research activities including competition analysis, vendor exploration, regulatory needs, and customer meetings
• Contextualize and prepare updates on product performance for cross-functional leaders

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in product design, development and launch

• Must be able to manage, analyze and report on complex data for actionable insights
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organization and technical skills

• Understanding of the regulatory landscape for healthcare
• Familiar with SaaS software development practices
• Ability to travel as required (roughly 10% travel)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $175,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
