Who are you?

The Program Manager leads the product’s coordination of technical and client implementations across Health Plan Administration (HPA) and Navigation solutions. With deep knowledge of data operations, platform configuration settings, operational support flows, and embedded third-party partnerships the Program Manager ensures successful planning, testing, and launches. As a subject matter expert, you drive the solution execution and connect cross-functional teams, unifying multiple departments and roles and ensuring each function is supported and sequenced properly for member and client success during implementations and any other ongoing processes such as plan updates, renewals, routine file uploads, etc.

The Program Manager is responsible for consolidating documentation across functional areas, identifying best practices, and communicating gaps across all stakeholders for remediation.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Effectively manage complex, multifaceted strategic programs
• Develop, execute, and optimize the product operations and client implementation process
• Serve as a liaison with embedded partners, Product, Finance, Engineering and Data Ops, Operations (Clinical, Account Management, Member Services, Implementation, etc.) and other teams
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to drive alignment and integration of services ensuring milestones are met for key deliverables
• Support content creation needs in commercial and operations and product to help encourage adoption of clear responsibilities during implementation
• Write requirements and define and track KPIs related to product operations and implementations
• Participate in product strategy and capacity planning in harmony with product vision
• Contextualize and prepare updates on product performance for cross-functional leader

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or product management
• Experience in healthcare technology and clinical services solutions
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

• Familiar with SaaS software development practices
• Proficient with a variety of analytical processes, tools and software applications
• Process or project management certifications/designations preferred
• Must be able to travel up to four times/year; preference to candidates located in major office locations such as Dallas, Fresno, Minneapolis, and Providence

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
