Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

The Director, Client Delivery is responsible for the mix of strategic direction and tactical planning of the Client Delivery function. This function is responsible for day-to-day operational account support for US and internationally based clients and reseller partners. This leadership includes management of teams of client-facing Managers and Client Delivery Specialists.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Serve as functional leader for the Client Delivery department by setting goals, objectives and operating plans for the department, personnel & performance management, and leadership in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage the team of managers including staffing needs assessment & planning, developing & measuring competencies, and opportunities for collective and individual professional development
  • Facilitate continuous service improvement & delivery efficiency; Developing efficiencies (via people, data, technology, or tooling) to support business goals
  • Develop and measure competencies for all departmental roles, identify and address collective skill development opportunities
  • Manage department-wide staffing, including forecasting future needs and ensuring workload appropriateness across both individuals and the larger team
  • Define department priorities, success metrics and associated work plans; report to leadership on progress
  • Partner with key departments to ensure awareness/understanding of Client Delivery needs, and consistently address improvement areas in process
  • Actively contribute to enterprise-wide leadership initiatives, including participating in and/or leading cross functional work groups for the betterment of the full employee population
  • Serve on the leadership team for Professional Services/Client Solutions, as invited
  • Serve as a mentor to high potential leaders
  • Partner with Operations Enablement on strategy for new staff on-boarding and on-going training on product, services and skill development
  • Serve, internally and externally, as subject matter expert in on-going account operational support
  • Serve as a leader, when necessary, for escalations and issue management with clients

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 8+ years of professional work experience in customer service, customer management, software implementation and / or project management.
  • 3+ years of direct leadership of a team (direct reports)
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline required with Master’s degree, in related discipline, preferred
  • Previous experience in account management, operations support, implementation, and/or project management required
  • Previous experience in SaaS, employee benefits administration, health / wellness and/or health care industry preferred

  • Previous experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Strong ability to navigate directly, and guide team members through, a dynamic technological-enabled environment

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $108,000 to $136,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 15% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
