Who are you?

As the Manager of Implementation Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and organizational growth. In this player-coach position, you will lead a small team of Implementation Specialists and Coordinators while also managing complex client projects as needed. These projects may include new implementations, platform migrations, professional services, and other initiatives requiring advanced project management expertise.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and supporting team members, ensuring alignment with our standard implementation methodologies, processes, and tools, and fostering seamless collaboration with clients, third-party vendors, and internal partners to ensure successful go-lives. This role is critical to creating exceptional client experiences and delivering impactful results.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Mentor, supervise, manage and coach a small team of Implementation Specialists and Coordinators
• Build and serve as a subject matter expert amongst the team. Topic(s) to be determined on an individual basis.
• As needed, project manage the implementation of new clients and serves as a client-facing expert on all operational aspects of all Personify Health’s health plan administration programs and solutions.
• As needed, project manage platform migrations and Professional Services customizations and implementations
• Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction to ensure a successful implementation.
• In collaboration with the Director, identify new steps and implement new procedures as part of product updates as necessary
• Respond to and resolves client or broker requests and questions during the implementation process
• Solicit client feedback and work with internal partners to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Employ Personify Health standard project methodology, processes, and procedures
• As assigned, participate in pre-sales activities to drive new business including RFP completion, prospect sales calls, and finalist meetings
• Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to the Services team when bandwidth allows
• Perform special projects as requested.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline
• 5+ years of directly related project management or client implementation work experience
  • Previous experience working directly with clients and/or brokers required
  • Previous experience working in health plan insurance, benefits administration and/or 3rd party administrators strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $114,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
