Who are you?

As a Project Manager you will have primary responsibility for managing complex projects that can include new implementations, platform migrations, professional services, and other operational excellence efforts requiring strong project management skills.

You will utilize standard program tools, techniques and resources while being creative to manage to the cost/risk and schedule of any project you are responsible for.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Project manage operational initiatives and serve as an expert on all operational aspects of all Personify programs and solutions.
• Project manage platform migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain overall project ownership and drives the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal departments
• Contribute to the operational and tactical activities of supporting any 3rd party deliverables, tracking and monitoring.
• Identify improvements, automation ideas and implement new procedures as well as SOPs for teams to be successful.
• Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to the teams as prioritized by business leaders
• Actively participate in Knowledge development, content creation, training plans and training delivery to establish a successful global operating model for claims and eligibility delivery
  • Create, revise, and maintain documentation for products, services, and features within Claims and Eligibility Operations.
  • Gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs) and research process concepts to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation for training delivery.
  • Structure and organize information into learning paths, ensuring ease of navigation by leveraging Seismic and other available tools.
  • Review and edit process documentation with SMEs and trainers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines for virtual training delivery.
• Develop and deliver domain and process assessments through the learning calendar.
• Create and manage a training calendar for all three regions within Claims and Eligibility.
• Coordinate training development and documentation efforts using a project plan, review meetings, and participation in shadowing training delivery.
• Adapt and adjust as progress is made to be ready for upcoming training classes across global delivery locations.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline
• 3-5 years of directly related project management work experience working on complex projects with large corporate clients
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Teamwork, Airtable, Monday, etc)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $62,000 to $95,000.  Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
