Who are you?
As a Senior SDET you are the test automation development expert for their Product Delivery Team and have an in-depth knowledge of the test automation tech stack and QA processes. You should Lead SDET coach/mentor and grow SDETs through creating appropriate training plans, paired programming and reviewing MR's. You are also responsible for ensuring test automation MR's go through proper code reviews and are approvers of the MR's for that Product Delivery Team SDETs. You are the owner of the Quality Processes and Code Standards across your team.
