Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about analyzing data and problem solvingLooking for an Integrations Specialist on the Client Operations Team to handle the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of data feeds used to manage client eligibility, rewards, and program participationCollaborate closely with Client Success team on their accounts to support each client through the client lifecycle. 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Health and Wellbeing programs. 
  • Participate in client meetings to review file specifications, discuss problem resolutions, and implement new clients. 
  • Collaborate with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements. 
  • Act as SME in data interchange meetings with clients/vendors that may include requirements review, mapping overview, data analysis of issues and/or testing statuses. 
  • Create and maintain required documentation to include mapping and process specifications for inbound files. 
  • Build file mappings within our wellbeing platforms based upon client requirements, to include creating if/then logic. 
  • Process and analyze client/vendor files coming into Health and Wellbeing platform. 
  • Conduct analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors. 
  • Respond to and resolves routine requests and questions. 
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient. 
  • Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline. 
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, and data analytics. 
  • 1-2 years of experience utilizing Excel. 
  • Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite 
  • Strong technical aptitude 
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
