Who are you?

 

As an Enterprise Data Initiative Project Manager for Personify Health, you will play an integral role in the organization which directly influences success of our business. You will have primary responsibility for oversight and management of complex internal and external projects and initiatives that can include new implementations, data ingestion management, new feature build and development, platform migrations, and any ad-hoc efforts requiring strong project management skills.

 

In the role of Project Manager, your job will be to ensure that continuous progress is made on assigned initiatives by engaging in regular meetings with cross-functional internal teams, communicating status and expectations to key internal stakeholders, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Additionally, you will work with your leadership team to fortify initiative management methodology, processes, and tools.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project delivery for data engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and skill sets across project teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assist with enhancements of data-related processes and workflows.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Collaboration: Maintain continuous cross-functional communication and ensure all parties involved as well as business leaders are informed of project progress and needs.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 6 years of experience in a relevant position developing project plans for complex data infrastructure settings
  • 3 to 5 years experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar agile tools
  • 3-5+ years of managing data focused projects, specifically in healthcare domain.
  • Experience working SaaS wellbeing solution or a TPA/health plan administration organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with project management of data pipeline integrations and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, ETL processes and data quality measures.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives while communicating status, issues and risks to leadership.
  • Experience supporting creation of and adherence to standard processes and procedures.
  • PMP certificate or equivalent, highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address complex data challenges.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $94,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
